“Established in 2009 in Los Angeles by young Korean traditional musicians to present the new vision of Korean traditional performing art to the States. “Ye Rak”, means by making a consists of Korean traditional instruments as well as western instruments such as cello, flute and drum to bring fresh interesting to metro area.

[ye:rak] will present the performances using the traditional Korean instruments in a contemporary music setting.
Join us for a musical experience that features mix of European classical and western instruments, that create distinctive lyrical sounds with a universal appeal.”

“This summer’s film series explores India’s colonial era as depicted in the photos of Through the Colonial Lens. Our first film, Junoon, captures the Uprising (or Mutiny, to the British) of 1857 through the eyes of one of its leaders, played by the legendary Shashi Kapoor. Screened under the stars in the museum courtyard, with an introduction by Dr. Priya Jaikumar of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.”
